Mark V asked:

How do I train my German Shepherd to be an executive protection dog?
How do I train It myself? Where do I get a Decoy in L.A.? Could the owner be the decoy?

Dachshund
Shepherdgirl ยง asked:

Since there are all these popular new “breeds” what do you think I could call them. I want to get in on the quick cash everyone is making on the new designer dogs and I think doxie/shepherd crosses will be awesome. Also do you think it would hurt my Dachshund to have the Shepherd puppies? My Dachshund(mother) is 11 pounds and my Shepherd is 88 pounds. Is 5 weeks too early to find them homes?
I forgot to ask how much should I charge for my awesome new puppies? And I really need a name for this new breed.
For all of you telling me not to breed stop it becasue I am only going to breed her one time ……. after another and then I will keep a female pup to start over with. I am not in this for the money I love my dogs and I just want others to have an affordable puppy.

Miniature Schnauzer
beverly asked:

I’ve had my miniature schnauzer since he was 6 weeks old. He is now 2 and half years. His barking has never been a problem until recently. He is extremely well behaved and has a very loving demeanor. While I am at home, he never barks uncontrollably. When I am away for the day, I’ve heard rumors from angry neighbors that he has on occasion, barked non-stop. There is construction going on and there is constant noise around the condo which I believe is the reason he has been barking so much. I’ve tried the sonic collar which emits a loud noise that is supposed to deter him from barking but it does not seem to work. I’ve tried the harmless shock collar but it does not stay in place so its not effective. I have resorted to placing a muzzle on him while I am away from the home. But I can’t stand leaving him with a muzzle on. He looks so miserable. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. He truly is an awesome dog when he is not alone, but his daytime barking is creating a huge problem.

Pugs
Amber B. asked:

I want to get a puppy for my daughter’s 4th birthday comming up and she really likes Pugs. From what I’ve read about them they really seem to be the breed for our family. The only thing that I’m not sure of is that I’ve heard they can have a lot of health issues. Also I want to make sure that they are good with children too. If someone could help me out I’d appreciate it or if someone knows of another small breed that may be good for us that would be appreciated too. We need a dog that can live in an apartment, has a good tempermant with children, doesn’t need a ton of exercise, and isn’t too difficult to train. If anyone has any advice for me I would really be appreciated?

Beagle
I ? Channing Tatum asked:

My beagle is 4 years old, and about 5 pounds overweight. We’ve switched her to diet food, given her less treats, and taken her for a lot of runs, all this for more than 6 months. She hasn’t really lost any weight. Any tips?
