What days of heat do I breed my female cocker spaniel?

I know you breed toy poodles the 12th – 14th day of heat. I want to breed my American Cocker Spaniel her next heat and need to know what days are best. All I have found on the internet is to breed the middle week of the 3 week heat. I need to travel to breed her so I need more specifics. Thank you for any info.

How can I stop my 6 months old cocker spaniel to calm down and to get his attend?

His name is Prince and I am having problems trying to calm him down when I am letting him out of his crate, when I trys to train him, and when I leave him in his crate or anywhere else when he can’t follow me or my family. I have a problem calming him down when someone is new coming up to him and when he goes to the vet they and us have a hard time giving him medication and tests. Please help me find solutions or websites that can help me. Thanks all for your answers.

Dog training. I’ve just got a puppy (2 months old) and I’d really appreciate some tips on training her.

Any beagle owners here? How long do you walk your beagles for?

When I walk my beagle for a while, I find that he actually ends up with more energy when coming back from his walk. My beagle come back inside and then runs around my apartment- I let him do it so that he can tire himself out. I also have him play catch and have him run up and down the stairs because he is full of energy lol
My male beagle is 11 months.

How do I go about establishing my beagle puppy as a therapy dog?

Me and my beagle asked:


My 5 month old male beagle puppy is pretty special in my opinion, and although I do not know much about it, I think he has the potential to be a great therapy dog. He is incredibly calm, loves people, loves affection and responds very well to reward based training.

Does anyone own a therapy dog? Or know of how I might go about training my beagle to become one?
