It seems most pictures of adult golden retrievers have their mouths open. Are labs usually the same way?
I just see goldens with their mouths open in more pictures.

My TFT has been the family pet for so long. When we bought him he was nervous and insecure. You could tell he was not raised in a happy, loving environment. Through our warmth and kindness he learned to trust people. When the new pup came, we noticed his indifference, it’s understandable it has only been 2 days. But considering we are giving him double attention to avoid rivalry he still won’t warm up. The beagle pup is female. Shows trust and socialbility to everyone. You can tell she came from a secure, loving environment. Did we choose the wrong pup?

I just got a female AKC American Bulldog. She is so awesome but for her two years of life she has been either kenneled inside or on a six foot leash. Her previous owner said she was too “hyper.” She is very thin and I want to fatten her up the healthy way.

I felt so bad for her I had to take her even though I cant afford to take her to the vet for a couple of weeks. FYI this dog is not hyper, she is sweet and very obedient. They didnt realize the gem they had.

Also, she will be spayed, but I think she is already pregnant. Her vulva is swelled and her nipples are very large and they claim she has never been bred. Any suggestions on that also?

Music Is My Life ? asked:

He has been our dog since he was a puppy, and we potty trained him well. It is just that now he thinks our couch is more of a potty than the grass. I want to keep him but my parents are on the verge of getting rid of him. I have seen what pounds do to dogs, and my parents aren’t even thinking of the worst case scenario. Help me please!

I have a six month old german shepherd/rottweiler and he’s getting pretty big. He’s about 65-70 pounds.

How much should I be charged as a stud fee for a toy pomeranian? He is pure black, but he’s unregistered. He’s obviously purebred. How much is too much, and how much is too little, since that could tell you that it might not actually be purebred?

This is just a question. Please spare me the anti-breeding rants.
