My boyfriend is getting an english bulldog soon and I was wondering if anyone has had any experiece with one or with a mini-bullie. I read on several sites that the mini’s tend to be lighter and a little healthier. Is this true and to what degree are they healthier? Any owners or previous owners thoughts would be greatly appreciated. We haven’t ever owned one of these, but have had several dogs over the years and have done a great deal of research on them. I have a 6 months old Labrador retriever – Golden. He has become very hyper and exited.. jumps on everybody who come home including strangers.. hardly heard him barking..chews my belongings, runs away when I call him etc. very rude and disrespectful behaviour. I beat him heardly but still he is the same..

He listens to my command when he is calm.. like sit, jump, come etc., but if visitors are there he never listen to me..

I had got him trained by a trainer but no use.

Please help me how do i train him myself. Any info available anywhere to train him.. I think I cant rely on trainers as he is not listening to my self then…
