I just adopted an 8-week old rottweiler mix puppy! She was a rescue dog so they were not sure her exact breed but think she is part rott, lab, and german shepard. They did not give me any info on what they have been feeding her. How much/often should I be feeding her? Also, any suggestions on food brands are appreciated. Thanks!

My male pomeranian was born on April 14th 2008. My question is that is he old enough to be bred?

And what is the typical age a male pomeranian must be to breed with another dog?

Will a new male american bulldog puppy cause any problems with my female who is eleven months old or should they get along o.k? She is very hyper but not mean at all. She just gets very excited around other people and dogs. She is in obedience training right now.

I just bought a beauiful merle Pomeranian puppy, and was told he would make an excellent stud dog. First I want to make sure he’s fit to make healthy pups. Any advise would be much appreciated.

I just got a 10week English bulldog puppy. I want to change his food and I know I’m supposed to do that gradually. However I do not have any of his previous food available. It is not sold in my area. The breeder I got him from lives in a different city (but in the same state). The dog now has some diarrhea and has vomitted once. I know his stomach is probably upset but I don’t know what I should do.

I am thinking of getting a Shih Tzu or a Silky Terrior. From what I’ve read, they can get a lot of exercise playing in the house. How often and how long of an outside walk do they need?

My female dog, Macy, is a little over 3 years old. She goes out back in our yard and kills bunnies… mostly babies b/c they are easier to catch. My husband says we shouldn’t chastise her b/c it’s “nature” but I don’t like the idea of constantly discovering dead bunnies in my yard. Any thoughts? Should we train her not to do this? Or is there some way to deter the bunnies from my back yard in the first place? Thanks for any help!
I forgot to say what kind of dog it is, but I’m not sure it’s relevant… she’s a mutt but mostly black lab.
