A shelter or try ADOPT and save a life!

I would contact breeders, sometimes they keep dogs on and then sell them when they reach late puppyhood as they aren’t good breeding or showing prospects.
Or i would contact any rescue centre/Rotti rescue.

Don;t buy a puppy at 8 weeks cheap, it tends to mean that the breeding and genetics aren’t great and you’ll end up with more problems and spend more on vets bills.
