I recently rescued a toy pomeranian. He weighs about 4 pounds and is around 6 years old. He is so adorable. His coat is kinda rough. Is that normal. It also looks a bit thinned out. Is there anything I could do to make his coat healthier? Maybe feed him something. I don’t know, any advice will help. Thanks.
I also want to add one more thing. He is not nuetered. Do you think he is to old to get nuerterd now? Will it change him for the bad or will it be ok?

River asked: Yep. I buy him pedigree food, but I do not know if it is any good. I tried researching online on what is the best food for him, but it is ridiculous, I cannot find a thing. What brand is best for him? What type of food is best for him? It doesn’t even have to be a dog brand. For instance, maybe I could just feed him chicken with no salt on it, I don’t know. I need direct answers, not the vague ones that I find online. Thanks.
He is an eight-year-old, male Pomeranian. He is not overweight. He seems to be quite healthy. I always give him exercise. He will eat whatever I give him. His teeth are healthy. He has no health problems or diseases.

I would love a female pomeranian that was white and tan and still a puppy. I have no idea where to get one. Im willing to pay up to 200 dallars for one and if its exactly what im looking for maybe more money. I live in Pa and Ive checked the shelters around her and looked on the websites suggested to me and there is no where around here that has any. litz asked: How can we get our 8 month pomeranian to lose weight? He’s a toy dog and weighs 9 pounds, while the limit is 6 to 7 pounds. So, he’s overweight by 2 or 3 pounds. Even though it’s a little over the limit, it makes a difference for a toy dog’s health. His skin feels fatty/ blubbery, but not too much.
We give him about 1/2 cup of food added with peas and milk (sometimes yam) twice a day. He also gets exercise- around 1 to 3 laps around our neighbour hood. His treat is a dried chicken breast once a day.

Italian QT 312 asked: I have a 1 year old Pomeranian from a champion line that should soon be ready to breed. How do I go about finding a male dog to breed her with?
I have checked with the vet, she is healthy… Why I want to breed her is not for the money. All of you who have a pure bred dog obviously bought yours, so dont tell me about the SPCA.
