They probably are though the one with the ‘pointed snout’ may be a cross…

They could be… They just might not be purebred… neither of those sounds like a purebred Chihuahua

Not all chihuahuas look alike. There are different breeds, like short haired, long haired, tricolor. Here is a website that will give you some pictures of the different sizes, colors and hair lengths.

bad breeding has led to so called deer head chihuahua’s which is just a name for a poorly bred, long snouted chihuahua, not a traditional applehead, they have longer, skinnier faces, and longer legs, they dont fit the breed standard though

chihuahua’s have a short snout! i have 2 pure bred chihuahuas only thing different one is reg and one isn’t and they both have short snouts the only way they would have long snouts if they where mixed with another type of breed! which you can mix a chihuahua with another breed as long as its a small or toy breed really!
