A dog is never to old to get its first shots. They just start at the beginning and get the series like a puppy who was vaccinated at 8 weeks. I would recommend keeping the new pup isolated from your other dogs until you are sure she's not carrying anything especially since she is of unknown origin and was obvioulsly not well cared for before she came to you. Your vet should be able to tell you how long to isolate her to be sure.

I would have this pup vaccinated now and then again in 2 weeks. Your vet might want to put a 3rd vaccine in it 3 weeks after that one when the pup then gets its rabies vaccine. With my pups, I vaccinate with Da2p+PV I use Vanguard plus 5. I vaccinate at 6 and 8 weeks, then 11 weeks 14 weeks and then rabies. Have the pup wormed, if you see her pass them , have her wormed again in one week.

Well since you are taking her to the vet. Ask him/her. But will be okay to give her her shots.

Dogs are never too old for their first vaccine. Go ahead and get her vaccines. She will probably need at least 2 boosters afterward as well.
