It is perfectly normal, the dog&#039;s tail will probobly get bigger as he/she gets older. Kind of like peoples noses.</description>

Normal...no, but it does happen I have seen it in a lot of breeds, just a minor birth defect no big deal! Like being born missing a toe...no biggie!</description>
