Are you sure your boxer is purebred with registered parents? If the parents aren’t registered, there’s no way to do so for the pup. Start by contacting the breeder- they should be able to assist you with this, if the pup you bought is able to be registered. You will need to find out if the pup is able to get full registration 9breeding rights) or a limited registration (pups from dog cannot ever be registered). Be sure to register your pup, if possible, soon, because some registries (like the AKC) charge you much more $, and need an explanation of why you procrastinated, to register the dog if you wait a while. Hope this helps- what registry are you trying to go through, anyways?

If the breeder doesn’t have papers, you can’t get them. Papers are indicitive of breeding lines. They can’t be “made up” or bought.

You can’t get papers for your Boxer if you didn’t get the litter papers .. When you got your Boxer the breeder should have given you a litter papers so you can register your dog.. if not then you can never get papers for your dog unless you go through a bogus registry . There is no need for that. You don’t need papers to love your dog.

You can ckc register your pure bred. Heres how: go to their site and print out the Canine Registration Application. You will fill out everything except the parent section. This tells you if the parents are not registered fill out the witness section. The dog must be 6 months or older. You will include 3 photos front, left and right. It does not specify any special type of witness but I would do it next time your at your vet. This will be for a standard registration and is I believe $15 bucks. Continental Kennel Club is the full name.

Is it really important to get papers? isnt it just a family member…. and if its to breed the boxer, i dont recommend that. there are a ton of unwanted dogs out there, without breeding more dogs.

If he didn’t come with any you are out of luck. You will not be able to register him with any legit registry and i wouldn’t waste time or money on getting “papers” from one of the scam registries.
If you want to show in obedience, rally or other performance event you can apply for an ILP # , but he will need to be neutered first and proof from a vet sent in along with application.
