Before you start breeding though, ask yourself why. Are you going to do any health and genetic tests on them? Are you trying to better the breed or just want to have puppies? Are you going to carefully screen every single home that your puppies go to? Are they going to prove themselves in the show ring, or do they even have champions in their background? Please don't breed unless you know exactly what you're doing. There are many, many, many dogs in shelters everywhere. They deserve a good home, and don't deserve to be denied that because of people breeding cute little dogs to make cute little puppies that are given to homes that could've rescued them from the shelter.
