Dont’ bathe your dog that often, it hurts their skin. Use K9 Advantix or Frontline or Advantage. These can be bought online or thru your vet. Warning if you have cats in the house, separate the dogs from the cats when u apply this stuff for a few hrs. It’s only once a month. Make sure u get the correct dosage for your dogs weight. You dog should never have a flea or tick again.

Your dog shouldn’t HAVE fleas and ticks. It’s dangerous for her too.
Bathing your dog won’t help to get rid of fleas if they’ve already fallen off her in your house. You need to treat the entire house as well.
Get Frontline Plus or Revolution as a preventative, to keep fleas and ticks off her. Then treat your home for ticks and fleas. That will help both of you.

You must get rid of the fleas on your dog and they won’t jump on you. Your dog hates fleas just as much as you do. so 1stly buy a product called capstar. It’s a tablet you give your dog. This kills all the fleas on your dog for 24 hours only. Then you must buy a spot on such as frontline plus(has 2 active ing. for fleas), advantix, advantage, they are the 3 better ones. And use that religiously every 4 weeks. You also need to clean up around your house, Dirt area are where fleas live so board up any dogy area and wash out all bedding. Also only wash your dog every 4 weeks as the oils is what keeps the spot on treattments working. And make sure to put spot on treatments 2-3 days after a wash other wise it just evaporates as you strip oil when washing with soaps.

My younger brother was ‘eaten’ by fleas, more than the rest of the family (when we were kids) His doctor prescribed B complex vitamins, and it helped a lot…the fleas didn’t find him so tasty anymore..
I try not to waste my money buying at the local stores I like to shop online here..
