Would 13 be too young to have a baby? The answer is yes, your puppy is too young, she isn't even old enough to go into her first heat yet, and probably hasn't had her first heat.

There would be the same complications with a 13 year old having a baby, immaturity and inability to care for puppies, not knowing what to do and possible complications with delivery.

Get her fixed NOW.

I'm guessing she is on her first heat?

YES there can be complications. The proper age for a female to become pregnant is at 2 years. Your dog i still a baby. that's like A 14 year old girl having a baby. If your dog isn't too far along than get her spayed. if she is, than You should be in contact with your vet and schedule WEEKLY check ups. She might even have trouble finding her maternal instincts because she is young. Have someone who is experienced in canine birthing(vet) with you when your dog is delivering. That way you have someone who can help you if (god forbid) anything goes wrong.

probably not, but if you don't want her to be pregnant and you think she might already be you can take her to your vet asap and they can spay her immediately. Then she definitely shouldn't have any complications.

she may have pregnancy difficulties because no dog should get pregnant younger than the age of 2 and no older than 6 or 7

its just like a human....if a girl is to young the baby may be at risk of getting a disease, dying, or being preeme. same thing if the woman is to old

good luck

Are you serious? That is like your 7 year old having kids. Yeah for you!
You got your dog knocked up and now she at age 8 months will have pups that she may not be able to care for!
Have your dog spayed so she doesnt die during birth or kill all the pups cause she doesnt know what dhe is doing or how to care for them.
Yeah...
Yes there can be complications. Get your dog fixed.

Usually you should wait until they are 2+ years. And yes, there can be expensive complications with ANY pregnancy, young or old.
Go to the vet, see if you can get her spayed so no more backyard puppies are born.
