Emily asked:

Is it unhealthy to have a 75 pound bulldog? Dylan and Cole Sprouse have one but I know that that’s very unnormal for a bulldog? What do you think?

If a dog is overwieght it is very unhealthy, they are just like people and can get heart disease and so forth. I do not know if the dog is overweight having never seen him. It sounds a bit large..

I thought an english bulldog was only suppose to be about 50 pounds! Overweight bulldogs will have really serious health problem.

As English Bulldogs have a TON of health problems, the lighter they are (without being underweight of course), the better.

The avredge bull dog weighs 53-55 pounds. You should really ask your vet and do what he/she thinks.

You don’t say what size Bulldog? But I would say yours is overweight. The problem with the breed is they are prone to Respitatory problems which leads to Diabetes and heart problems. You should check with a breeder or a vet for the proper weight for your dog.
