This is either hair in her throat or many kennel cough. Coughing is also a sympton of Heartworms.

Has your dog received the Boardatella shot to protect her from Kennel Cough? Is your dog on Heartgaurd?

Has she been in contact with other dogs recently.

If it's hair in her throat, it will pass. If it's Kennel Cough, she'll need meds. Heartworm, she'll need full treatment which is very expensive (upwards of $1,000).

If you dog had diahrea, her immune system could have dropped a bit and kennel cough becomes more of a concern.

Watch her closely and if you see other signs of something not right, take her in to see the vet.

It's always better to be safe then sorry, as the dog cannot just come up to you and tell you when things are not right. It's up to you as a good pet owner to recognize things for her.

Best of Luck.

I would go ahead and call your vet, just to be on the safe side. It might be nothing to worry about, but better safe than sorry! :-)
