Sit Stay Fetch, Good Dog!
I don’t personally care for Shihs, cuz I think they have too much hair and too little face, but I know several people who have them and absolutely love them. They seem to stay really really playful and are pretty smart too…wonderful little dogs, once you get past the looks…

Dog Lovers Mega Pack
I just got my 1st Shih Tzu on April 25th. He is 10 months old and was quite timid at first and had some potty issues (thought my bed was the yard). But other than that he has came around and started going potty outside. Shadow also gets along great with my 15 month old daughter. I was raised around Shih Tzu’s and I love them.

I love Shih Tzu’s!!!…I have a 7 yr. old Shih Tzu…He’s soooo smart, playful, affectionate, spoiled, adorable, & doesn’t shed…But I’m sure you know that Shih Tzu’s don’t shed….They’re the best…:)

Start a Doggie Daycare
I have 2 Shih Tzu’s, a 2 year old boy and a 10 month old girl. My husband and I are CRAZY about them, completely in love with them. I could not imagine life without them, they fill me with happiness. They have the most expressive faces/ eyes of any dog I’ve ever seen. They have such distinct personalities, the girl is so docile and such a cuddler, you could pick her up in your arms adn she’d be happy all day. The boy is very loyal and likes to be in charge. He doesn’t necessarily take to everyone he meets, although he loves all children. He wants to be tough, but will stay by my side all day, and when I go to bed, he will snuggle in the closest. He has my heart.
The bad part, for us, they have been expensive, with monthly grooming at $60 per dog, plus special food, vet visits, not to mention the numerous pairs of shoes/ carpet/ furniture they’ve chewed on. BUT THEY’RE WORTH IT!!!!!!!
