if it’s any help, she’s a picky eater, a real trooper and got the usual shade of color for a beagle.
Mel P. I had this question asked for the mere intention of getting ideas of what to name my new pet dog. Its entireky up to the person whether to give out the name of his/her pet name. You don’t have to answer this if you don’t want to. That’s your discretion.

My beagle is SUPER gassy. She eats high quality food and is walked 3 times a day in addition to a morning and evening run. I want to switch her food to something more easily digestible but it has to be high fiber since she has issues with her anal glands. She currently eats Merrick. Wellness did not agree with her and I can’t afford raw.

I recently got a beagle, he’s the lemon variety. I’m finding it hard to find ornaments etc of beagles of that colouring they all seem to be the common tri colours. Does anyone know anywhere that I could find items which look like lemon beagles??

I have just bought a 5 month old puppy cocker spaniel/beagle cross. He is beautiful and seems very intelligent. I wondered if anybody has experience of this type of dog and if so how you find him/her
I know he is only a crossbreed / mongrel or “mutt” as you say I just wondered if anyone had come across this mix before as i have not!

My Uncle gave my children a 1yr Beagle that was formerly his rabbit dog. He has been outside since he left the pet store which has been exactly one year seeing that he got him for Christmas last year. He is not even close to being housetrained, nor is he neutered and has been nipping at my two little boys privates and trying to hump my two year old girl. Does anyone have any knowledge on how to train an older Beagle?

Would it be OK to feed my beagle an adult dry food instead for a puppy one? According to his breeder, feed a puupy dog food will cause a skin problem.

My dog is a puggle (1/2 pug, 1/2 beagle) and she sniffs everything everywhere, everytime.
Sometimes it’s freezing outside when we take her outside to do her duties and she is more interested in sniffing a new blade of grass than doing her business….
Is there any way to speed up the pee pee process?
We stay on the porch and say, “hurry up” along with some other choice phrases, but she seems uninterested in what we have to say.
She will speed up the process if I get real aggravated and walk towards her through the wet grass, which I was trying to avoid doing. Then she will only take a couple minutes longer, (if there aren’t any new and exciting smells to investigate) and finally do her business because she knows Im mad.
Is there any way to speed up this process and keep my feet dry at the same time…?
