msjimmi823 asked:
Me and my husband just got a rottweiler. He is 6 weeks old…I was a little skeptical about getting a rottweiler because I was always taught that rotweilers are vicious dogs. Other than being really playful, mine is not that bad, and he likes to bite…but he is just a baby. Well my mom is coming to visit me in a few days, and she would absolutely go crazy if I told her that my puppy is a rotweiler, so I was wondering what other dogs kind of look like or resemble rottweilers when they are puppies, that way my mom can still come and visit and be comfortable.

Kacy asked:
I have a
beagle who is almost two years old. About a month ago, she developed a small lump above her front right leg. It went away about a week late. A few days ago it reappeared and now it is larger. She doesn’t seem to be in pain, but she slightly twitches when the lump is touched. What could this be and what should I do about it?

bizzurke asked: im almost 21 weeks pregnant and i think my dog has them…..he’s been itching a lot more the last few days and i just talked to my mom about it and she says she hasnt given him his tick and flea medication for a few months because she is an irresponsible non thinking retard.
could this have a bad effect of my baby in any way?? we’re going to get the meds today….but what about the house and stuff?
i mean while im pregnant…obviously we are going to rid him of it if he has anything….but right now the damage is already done if he has them…so could it be bad?

Cathy asked: I’m doing a project in my biology class and have to raise a viritual puppy litter. I tried looking up how old puppies are when they open their eyes, but I have found answers ranging from 8 – 21 days. This seemed like a pretty big range, so I decided to come here. Is it also true that a puppy’s ears usually open a few days after their eyes?

BDiPaolo413 asked: We just bought a 10 week old Maltese a few days ago. We have a one and a half year old
Golden Retriever and when we introduced them our Golden snapped at her a few times. Then the Maltese got near her bone and she almost bit her! The Maltese is only 2 pounds so if our Golden gets ahold of her she’ll be gone. How can I get my
Golden Retriever to accept the new puppy or will it always be like this?
They are both females.

crystalicks asked: I love dogs and I have been doing a lot of research on them for the past few months. I have looked after a dog for a few days as well and I am sure that I know the type of things they need. I really want one for myself, as a pet and I am sure that I will be able to look after it but I have a small problem. I have asthma and even though I am not allergic to all dogs (thankfully) there are some dogs that are not as helpful to me as others. I just wondered what would be the best type of dog for asthmatics. Everyone that I ask says poodles but I don’t like them because I found out that they shed a lot of hair. I want a small, short haired dog that is friendly to children and will be happy living in a family environment. If possible, they should be good with other dogs too and not so much money spent on grooming. I am happy taking it out to walks every day. If you have any sugestions, please tell me. It would be really apperciated.

Nanner asked: I have a 2 yr old shih-tzu who we believe may be pregnant. She was sired 3 times the week of Oct 23rd. The male shih-tzu was only 6 months, but I am now finding out that he could be fertile. They did lock. We want to do everything we can to make sure this is a healthy pregnancy for our dog. The first step is finding out and we have been told to wait and see. I don’t really know when I should be starting to see symptoms. If she is pregnant she would be about 3wks and a few days.
