Is 10 months old too young for a yorkshire terrier to be pregnant?

My 10 month old yorkshire terrier came into season 2 week ago and i caught her with another dog to it and now i was wondering if she could be pregnant because her boobs have got bigger in the past week and are kinda hanging down,
and if she is pregnant is she too young and is it dangerous cause she is only small and this dog was bigger than her.
