Well, there is no problems with brining dogs in the USA as long as they have rubbies and proper vactination.
Would I need to have some permit from the government that my rottweiler isn’t agressive and doesn’t a threat to people?
Or would it be enough to have just a dog-permit?
I already brought my sheltie here. And I sent dogs to russia I did NOT ask about paperwork of transporting or traveling. I ASKED about HAVING it here.

Wilson asked: My other question was about a Doberman, but I think more of a hearty dog would be better suited–indoor and outdoor dog. My parents own a Rottweiler and he does well outdoors. I’m thinking I could leave a Rott outside while we’re at work and keep in him other times.

So now I contacted the breeders and they said that the mom, which is a rottweiler is weighing in at around 95lbs and the father, which is a dobermann/German Shepherd, weighs at 75lbs. So estimated weight will be around?
