Are there any English Bulldog breeders in California?

Does anyone know of any good English Bulldog breeders in the So Cal area? I knew of one, Todd Howard, and his website impressed me, but I found out he was an importer. I lost all hope, and here I am a year later asking for testimonials on Yahoo for a good English Bulldog. I’m looking for straight forward answers from people that have actually purchased from the breeder they are recommending. Thanks a million!
