You are in luck. The cheapest way to get a bulldog also happens to be the most moral way. Instead of paying evil pet stores and puppy mills, you can adopt one who is in need of a good home.

Click on that link and then fill out what kind of pet you are looking for (spelling counts) and type in your zip code.

The site will then link you to all nearby animal shelters and their pets. If you do not find one right away, keep checking because shelters are always taking in new lost or abused animals.

Also check your newspaper. I found a beagle/ basset hound shelter about 40 minutes from me, and that is where I adopted my beagle. She was a breading dog at an evil puppy mill. She went two cycles without getting pregnant and the people were going to kill her. The shelter rescued her and then I rescued her. It feels a lot better than paying some cruel person or business several hundred dollars to bread more dogs in an already over-populated world.

If purchase cost is a factor…you may want to reconsider getting one. This breed has the potential to cost you alot more in medical bills than the initial 1500-3000 price tag.

Be careful buying a puppy for under 1K. There are a lot of cost associated with breeding healthy bulldog puppies. It’s rare to find a reputable breeder that will go under 1200.

$800.00 is the cheapest i,ve seen, still way to high! but check petfinder.com i know our shelther gets alot of fullbred english bulldogs that way you can get one for a small adoption fee
