		<description>If it is coming from his fur, it is likely lice.  You need to take him to the vet and get him treated for it immediately.

It these rice like things are coming from his rectum, it is tape worms, and again, you need to get him dewormed.

I would also treat him for fleas if it is determined to be tape worms.</description>

		<description>Those are dried tapeworm segments.  They get them from eating fleas.  You need to get a good dewormer from the vet, not an OTC kind.  They are easy to clear up, but have a habit of coming back if you don&#039;t get rid of the fleas.</description>
