Our pup sticks the 2 big ones out on purpose when wanting to be cute, he started doing this when he was around 7/8 months old.
You can see his 3 small front theeth now when hes snoring away.

The teeth should hardly be visible in a correctly-built bulldog.

Lips--The chops or "flews" should be thick, broad, pendant and very deep, completely overhanging the lower jaw at each side. They join the underlip in front and almost or quite cover the teeth, WHICH SHOULD BE SCARCELY NOTICEABLE WHEN THE MOUTH IS CLOSED.

Should be soon if at all - it isn't an automatic that she will have them protrude like the others you have seen - each dog is an individual and if her genetics is such that she has a more level bite then you won't see them like that... Are your teeth the same as everyone elses'? Nope, every dog is an individual and the result of their genetics so not knowing the genetics behind your particular dog, there is no way of knowing if this will even occur. But usually at this time the are getting their adult teeth in, their head is maturing and in the next couple of months, their head should be as it will be as an adult...

I don't recall when my english bulldog's teeth came through but it should be soon.

Just make sure you don't let your english bulldog near a pool or pond because my english bulldog fell in my pool 3 weeks ago when we let him out to the bathroom in the morning and when we went to let him in, he was drowned in the pool :-( English bulldogs can't swim, they sink to the bottom.
