   Depends on what the site maker did or did not do. To get listed the owner had to submit a sitemap to each. That will eventually get them to send their crawlers or robots to the site to see what it does. Then they rate the site based on proprietary criterion. Mostly it comes down to does the site do what it says it wants to do? Is there lots of information? Does the title of a page fit what it does? How old is this page? If it is a new site it might take 6-12 weeks for it to get recognized.
